Overview

As part of our business operations, we provide Learning Services in accordance with ISO 29993 for graduate engineers and early-career professionals. Our learning services are delivered through both in-person and virtual modalities, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and continuity of learning. These services form part of our Human Capacity Development Program, covering disciplines such as Structural Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, CADD & Design, Riser & Hydrodynamic Engineering, and Entrepreneurship.

Our Learning services are facilitated by qualified and experienced trainers with relevant academic and professional backgrounds, substantial industry experience, and demonstrated instructional competence. Facilitators operate in alignment with ISO 29993 learning service requirements and applicable OGTAN training guidelines, ensuring effective learner engagement and achievement of defined learning outcomes.

At GlobalOceon, our trainings are structured, learner-centered, and practice-based teaching methods, including instructor-led sessions, hands-on software training, case studies, workshops, and project-based learning. Learning is delivered in a controlled and supportive learning environment, comprising suitable physical training facilities, secure virtual learning platforms, and access to current, industry-standard learning resources and licensed engineering software.

We maintain strategic partnerships with recognized OEMs and software providers, including Bentley Systems, Orcina, Hexagon, and many more, to ensure technical relevance and instructional quality. Learner assessment, completion, and certification are documented in line with ISO 29993 and OGTAN requirements. Where applicable, learners receive certificates of completion, software-specific certifications, OGTAN-aligned recognition, and ISO-aligned learning service certification.
